Terms of service.
draft — betalast updated 2026-09-01
Short and honest, like the rest of the site. This is a working draft for the beta — it will grow up as the product does.
Who we are
Dossiary (dossiary.app) is operated by Diaa Asha, Amman, Jordan. There is no larger legal entity behind it yet; when one exists, this page will say so.
The service
Dossiary is in beta. Features may change, pause, or disappear while we build. The service is provided as-is, and during beta we make no availability commitments.
The data
The record holds information about public creator accounts, gathered from public sources and licensed vendors, each value stamped with its source, observation date, and confidence. We work hard to be accurate and honest about uncertainty, but we do not guarantee any value is error-free — that is exactly why every value carries evidence. Decisions you make on the data are yours.
Acceptable use
The public pages are public, and automated reading of them is fine — see /llms.txt. Don't overload the servers, don't misrepresent where the data came from, and don't present Dossiary's data as your own measurement. Write access to the ingest API is token-gated and not offered publicly.
The mailing list
Subscribing stores your email address, where you signed up, and when. Every email will carry a working unsubscribe link. Details in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dossiary is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or reliance on the record during beta. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We will change these terms as the product grows. Changes land on this page with a new date at the top — no silent edits.
