Built because the numbers
didn't add up.

Dossiary comes out of years of running creator campaigns in Nigeria — and out of the moment, repeated too many times, where a budget was about to ride on a follower count nobody could source, date, or defend.

The tools that exist answer “how many?” with a single confident number. They rarely answer the questions that decide whether the number is worth anything: where did it come from, when was it observed, and how sure are you? Dossiary is built around exactly those three questions. Every important fact in the record carries its evidence — and when we don't know something, the record says unknown instead of guessing.

Nigeria first

We start with the Nigerian creator universe because it is where we have operated, and where the gap between creator talent and reliable data is widest. Canada is next, then wider. The method — evidence on every field, honesty about unknowns — is the same everywhere.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Every number shows where it came from, when we last checked, and how sure we are.
  • Unknown stays unknown — never zero, never a penalty.
  • Basic and full profiles are always labelled; thin data never wears a deep disguise.
  • Top spots are never for sale. Paid visibility is labelled, and never moves a position.
  • Sensitive categories and merged profiles wait for a person to approve them.

Who is behind it

Dossiary is built and operated by Diaa Asha. There is no team page with stock photos on it — when there is a team, you will see real names. Questions, corrections, or just skepticism: hello@dossiary.app.
