    About these signals

Six things we can work out from the numbers on file for the last 90 days, each set against a published reference range. A band is a comparison, not a grade: there is no score here, no fake-follower percentage. Audience demographics, when supplied, are shown separately. How the ranges were chosen.

The best birthday gift I could’ve given myself was moving to Banff. πŸ€πŸ”οΈ

One of the highlights of my birthday week was exploring the Rockies on horseback with @horsebackbanff . 🐴 From peaceful mountain trails to a cowboy cookout surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery, every moment reminded me why I took the leap.

If you’re visiting Banff and looking for a truly unforgettable experience, this is one I’d recommend adding to your list.

Here’s to new adventures, new memories, and saying yes to experiences that make you feel alive. 🌼🀍

    In the making. πŸ€πŸ’

This birthday feels different. Not because there’s less joy, but because there’s so much more gratitude. While bringing this year’s birthday vision to life, I realized these photos were telling a story I didn’t know I needed to tell. There was a time when I believed I had life all figured out. I had dreams, timelines and a picture in my mind of what this season would look like. Some of those dreams found their way to me. Others are still making their journey.

For the longest time, I measured my life by everything that hadn’t happened yet. This year, I’m choosing something different. I’m choosing to celebrate the quiet victories, the unexpected blessings, the strength I discovered along the way and the peace I once prayed for. Life has a beautiful way of rewriting stories we think we’ve already finished writing. Looking back now, I can see God’s hand in moments I couldn’t understand while I was living through them. What once felt like delays now feel like direction.Maybe that’s why flowers felt so right this year. Blooming has never been about arriving. It’s about having the courage to keep growing, even when the season doesn’t look the way you imagined it would.

So today, I celebrate it all. The dreams that came true. The dreams still on their way. The lessons. The healing. The unexpected turns that somehow led me exactly where I needed to be. To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you for growing with me. Your love, your support and your kindness have meant more than you’ll ever know.

I love you, Dollz. 🀍

Here’s to another year of choosing joy, choosing grace, choosing peace and believing that the story God is still writing will always be greater than the one I could have written for myself.

Still becoming.
Still blooming.
Still in the making.

Here’s to everything that’s still on its way.
