    About these signals

Six things we can work out from the numbers on file for the last 90 days, each set against a published reference range. A band is a comparison, not a grade: there is no score here, no fake-follower percentage. Audience demographics, when supplied, are shown separately. How the ranges were chosen.

I recently hosted a webinar with entrepreneurs at different stages of their businesses. One thing rang true across board, the systems help us become the visionaries and dreamers we originally intended to be. I decided to put it all in a small e-book for a small fee. If you don’t know where to start? Start here! I shared it on my Behind the Afrolems Scenes community and a number of you have already purchased so thank you. The selar link is in my bio but this is a great starting point and I hope the book changes the way you look at your business going forward!Image

Sometimes testing days look like this. Sometimes more chaotic. Testing out recipes for the end of the year and hopefully I can get more people to taste 😜Short video

I have had a number of people reach out to ask for a gluten free puff puff recipe and I have been cracking my head on how to achieve it. My first attempt so far involves rice flour, tapioca flour/starch, potato starch, psyllium husk, yeast, sugar and apple cider vinegar. We are on the right track to achieve it. My quantities just need balance. I would admit, these are not easy ingredients to come by as I had to go to multiple stores for them but the experiment must go on. I need to try xanthan gum next to replace psyllium husk just incase that gives a better result. I’ll keep you all updated 😊Short video
