    About these signals

Six things we can work out from the numbers on file for the last 90 days, each set against a published reference range. A band is a comparison, not a grade: there is no score here, no fake-follower percentage. Audience demographics, when supplied, are shown separately. How the ranges were chosen.

A little note I wrote to September. You might pick one or two things from it.

1. Don’t be in such a hurry to have everything figured out.
2. Go somewhere new.
3. Change your mindset when you know better.
4. Back yourself a little more.
5. Make room for things you didn’t plan for.
6. And every now and then, throw caution to the wind and give it a go.Carousel

BTS. The life of a woman trying to finish a video recording while running errands.

There were interruptions, responsibilities and many other things demanding my attention on that very day. But I got it done and yes I congratulated myself.

It might not look like a big deal to someone else, but only I know what it took. This is why you must learn to acknowledge your own wins, even when nobody else sees what they cost you.

More grace to you. Celebrate yourself more, you are a💫Short video

If you don’t define what things mean to you, you may end up living by someone else’s definition.

One thing my research journey keeps teaching me is the importance of definitions.

In research, a concept can mean different things depending on the researcher or the lens through which it is studied. So you have to be clear about the definition you are working with and why.

And I’m beginning to see how much this applies to life too. Sometimes, what looks like someone changing is simply them beginning to see something through a different lens.

Success, growth, friendship, wealth, and even happiness may mean very different things to each of us. And those definitions are so important because the way you define something shapes how you measure it, and how you measure it can shape what you spend your life pursuing.

I just shared a part of my PhD probation feedback with you😊.Image
