    About these signals

Six things we can work out from the numbers on file for the last 90 days, each set against a published reference range. A band is a comparison, not a grade: there is no score here, no fake-follower percentage. Audience demographics, when supplied, are shown separately. How the ranges were chosen.

    Respect to this guy.

Everyone claps for the finished skill. Nobody claps for the wobbly first attempt where you might fall on your head.

But that attempt is the hardest rep he’ll ever do. Every rep after this one is easier.

Most men lose this somewhere in their twenties. The willingness to be a beginner at something in public.

That’s why they stall. In the gym, in their career, everywhere. Not because they can’t learn, but because they stopped letting themselves start.

This guy still has it. That’s worth more than the skill.

If you’re a man who’s been stuck watching from the side of his own life, send me a message. And I’ll tell how to actually get started the right way, stick to it and achieve your strength, body and mentality you want.

    Everyone thinks this is talent.

It’s not. When I started I couldn’t even hold a handstand.

What you’re watching is thousands of hours of failing at the same move until my body stopped saying no.

That’s the part nobody films. The months where nothing works and you keep showing up anyway.

Most men quit right there. Not because their body gave up, but because their mind did.

The move is just proof. The real skill is learning to stay when it gets frustrating.

And that skill doesn’t stay on the mat. It follows you into everything hard in your life.

And once that happens you start getting the body, strength, and confidence you only ever dreamed of.

If you want me to help you achieve similar strength that is so ridiculous that you make everyone think that you’re on a super human serum then dm me with your question and I’ll see if I can help.
